  • My responsibilities consisted of preparing and assisting project teams in development of rezoning, design development, approval, presentation, and construction documents for Residential Mixed-Use projects. 
  • I worked closely with the the project team and consultants during approval and permit, and construction administrative stages to assist and ensure the project is coordinated and worked with the project team to resolve design issues. 
  • I also partook in additional office initiatives that included assisting the residential team in developing in-office standard construction detailing for documentation and record drawings.
